Dining As with every other aspect of membership, Hallbrook’s dining experience achieves an unprecedented level of excellence. Executive Chef, Will Norem, delivers a delicious dining experience that satisfies all of our Members. Whether it’s the pan seared chilean sea bass in mirin butter or our signature smoked turkey sandwich with roasted red pepper jelly, Members are confident knowing quality, consistency, and flavor are the main ingredients in all dishes served at the Club.

Lunch Tuesday – Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Members, guests and visitors shall be in suitable attire while on the Club premises. Members are responsible for informing guests of dress and age requirements where applicable. Management reserves the right to approve or disapprove of dress attire. General rules of etiquette shall be followed in all dining areas of the Club.
Food and beverage service is limited to adults in the bar area. Anyone under twenty-one (21) will not be permitted in this area. Blue jeans, shorts, t-shirts and golf and tennis attire are acceptable attire in this area.

The adult dining area will be open to members twenty-one (21) and older and to teenagers thirteen (13) and older accompanied by an adult. Blue jeans and other denim jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and sweats are notallowed in the Fazio Grill Room. Dress slacks for men, but no jacket, and proper Club attire, are required when dining in the Fazio Grill.
Anyone under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a member or staff that is eighteen (18) or over. Blue jeans, shorts and golf attire are acceptable attire in this area.
